Java - Tales of Androgyny [v0.3.48.3] [Majalis]

When I first saw this game I wasn't completely sold on the character design for the art. So I didn't try playing it at all... for far too long. And that turned out to be a mistake on my part.

When I finally did give it a chance, I was able to see that a lot of effort is put into said characters and their artwork. Similar to the writing style, which really stands out in it's creativity when compared to a lot of other lewd adult games. It definitely won't be for everyone but if it is, well, then it should be quite satisfying to engage with.

As for actually playing it, I thought that the core gameplay loop was fine as is the combat. Apart from some of the combat mechanics seeming superfluous for the most part, I had no problem with that area. I think the only real complaint I have at the end of the day is regarding the quests.

There are quests which are extremely sparse in details when it comes to progressing the questline. I have no problem with games that don't telegraph exactly what to do, or hold your hand the entire way, however this is the other extreme. It mostly seems to be a combination of trial and error involving different status conditions/equipment when engaging the various characters you meet. It can be frustrating when your sudden, seemingly bright, idea to about where to go next just turns out to be business as usual.

Overall though I find this game to be quite entertaining, with a certain charm to it. I would say if you find the themes that make up this game to be interesting, then there's definitely a lot of fun to be had.

I love this game and it gave many hours of happieness and i would love to be a patreon but i cant afford it at this time in my life.
I hope they keep working on this wonderfull game and i hope one day it will be one of the best porngames on this platform

Open world rpg with sandbox and story modes, with Character creation/customization and nicely developed fighting system, with combat/defeat/win/casual sex... and even more, let's give it bonus (+) at first!

Even though fetishes are not my cup of tea, this game provides epic rpg experience. Worth 6/5 now and really gets even better with every new update. Developing goes balanced way and that's good indeed.

A good core of a game that is held back slightly from quite reaching the peak by a few gameplay elements. It is completely dedicated to its single fetish of girly boys and big-dicked ladies, so you aren't rooting around through content you don't like to find something you actually want. If you don't like the main content, there isn't anything here for you, which is honestly refreshing.

Combat actually feeds into the lewd systems for once, unlike the vast, vast majority of games. However, many of the mechanics and much of the story punish you for engaging with the pornography, which results in a strange tug-of-war to get what you want out of it while not running your character into the ground. The food/hunger system, even after adjustments, still gets in the way of playing the game. If you're not playing the game with the cheat for not having hunger counting down, you're going to spend far too much time on managing not starving and far too little time actually getting what you want out of the game.

While many praise the art, it has a good deal of problems. Nobody has consistent proportions due to everything being exaggerated in whatever way the artist feels like at the time. It can be titillating and even quite good at times, but other times can jar you out of the sexuality. They have spent a lot of time adding animations to the previously static scenes. Unfortunately, a lot of these animations actually detract from the art with improperly animated layers, jerkily robotic movements, and easily seen seams. I would say that the game would be better off by returning completely to static images and tightening up the existing art rather than trying to turn them into animations.

There has been a lot added to the game since I first played the game a few years back. It's become impressive. One complaint, though, is that actually accessing certain pieces of content takes navigating events in specific ways that aren't signalled well in the game. Most scene variations are easy to figure out and guess. However, some slip by with complicated prerequisites. Others can only come up once in a character's tenure.

Honestly, the existence of the "story" mode and the "free roam" mode seems a bit odd, as if one was only added to have a justification for locking content behind patreon. The usual "last month's update is free" model should work fine. All the two modes do is make accessing the content you'd want to play more difficult, as some parts are only accessible in the "story" mode, which makes it impossible to access the majority of the content, which only exists in the other mode. It's mostly just confusing.

In the end, I do recommend Tales of Androgyny. I play a bit of it at least once a month and would return to supporting it if I get income again some day.

The absolute best game there ever was or ever will be for futa/trap content. If that's your kind of thing then this is without a doubt the most beautiful piece of work you will ever come across.

I not only salute Majalis for their incredible art, game, dialogue, fetish satisfaction, and overall badassery by actually giving a shit about what we ask at f95zone... I mostly salute them for keeping up with their promises, delivering timely and amazing updates, and just overall being chads.

A great game with a trap protagonist. It's sort of text heavy but there is a lot of art so you can still enjoy it with just that. This game is mostly rape focused with the sex scenes so if you don't like this then I wouldn't advice you to play this game. You're mostly the sub but there are some scenes where if you win a fight then you can be the dom. The text itself is really good and sometimes even better than the visual even though I prefer to not read too much in ero games. The game mechenics are also one of the best in all of the ero games that I've played. The only thing that can be annoying is the load times, because you need to load before and after every scene. You can speed this up by loading everything into ram when you boot up the game but this will take around 2-3 GB of memory so you need at least 8GB of ram to do this. It's also hard to follow questlines because nothing is ordered and there is a lot of redundant data in the quest log.

This game has a great replayabillity because the quests itself are too simple to be the main focus. The art is really good so you don't mind seeing it often. The mechinics are simple but also have some depth to them. The are different playstiles like trying to do everything as a virgin which will show you new scenes. The easiest one is probably being a slut because if you're not a virgin anymore then there is no reason to not seduce people.

ToA is a one-of-a-kind game, that I've kept coming back to over the years of consistent frequent updates. Boasting fun gameplay, and an amazing art style, this game is constantly being added to or improved upon.

While the combat isn't quite perfect yet, it is both fun and strategic, making you change your tactics depending on the enemy, and what your class is. Outside of combat, there are many areas to explore, which always lead to something interesting. The lewd scenes are always top-tier as well, especially with the game's art style and amazing character design.

If you're a fan of the RPG genre, and like feminine characters with big dicks, definitely give this one a try.

the best of the best, I love the combat style, I love the design style, I love his customization (although in some scenes the hair color and his outfit by classes don't come out), I would like more scenes where you penetrate your opponents.

Solid game! No doubt about it. I think its missing at little polish in combat. Especially with regard to animations and perhaps poses. Could be better indication or accessible quest log menu in the UI. I was going to say perhaps consider more hetero/straight routes but honestly, I think that defeats the purpose of this game.. It's comedic, fun, and I feel that the studio making this knows where they want to go with this game! four stars for now.

So, I do need to say - this is probably a more niche game. But, I think you already know if want to play this or not, so I'm just going to say for any fans of Futadom, this isn't just the bees knees, it's the knee of every bee that has ever been or will ever be. This review is massively biased, and may not actually be useful. There is also some gay/crossdressing stuff as well, and feminisation of course - and that's all done really well.

There is a lot going on here, and it's fucking awesome.

Characters: 5/5, flesh out, they all have life and energy. There is a little bit of monotony perhaps, in the crossover of so many of them wanting to fuck you the same way - but, that's the whole point of the game, so you're getting what you came for.

My particular favourites are probably the Dullahallan, the Warlock, and the Harpy.

Renders: The art is unique, and the art is amazing... particulary the facial expressions

Story & Writing: Haven't looked at story mode in a while so can't comment too much - but they're focusing primarily on other content first. As for the writing in general: top, fucking, notch

The Sex: 5/5 amazing, it's absolutely stellar

Mechanics and Gameplay: So, the actual fight mechanics a while ago were overhauled... and there's a lot. It's actually pretty complicated now, and trying to never lose is a genuine challenge. There are cheese methods to easyily get by if you want, I kind of just go through the ecnounter table now, but at some point I'm giong to give it another try on a proper character.

Closing Notes & Thoughts: This game is amazing, I have very limited and actually useful criticism that I can offer. But I fully, fully recommend this game.

Great game, and one of the few projects consistently being maintained and developed. Tales of Androgyny is quite unique in content, with a fighting system that isn't overly complicated and lewd art to accompany it as well.

If you're into dickgirls, femboys or anything inbetween, this is a must-try game on F95. Plenty of content, a pretty decent combat system and some great art make this one very enjoyable package (innuendo intented)

Some of my only gripes are that it feels a bit too "sandboxy", in that you're given very little direction to find the sex scenes and most of the time will just be stumbling around and lucking into them. There are also a fair few instant bad ends if you fail a skill check or choose the wrong choice in dialogue. So quicksave early and often!

What is it:
You play as a feminine boy who gets raped a lot.
99% of the characters are shemales. penis, balls, boobs, and NO pussy. All want to ass rape you.
Rarely will you encounter someone with a vagina instead of a penis.
Even more rarely you can actually fuck a vagina, and impregnate them... which then results in them wanting to lay eggs in your ass.

Whether the above is good or bad is up to your personal fetish tastes.

-Game is heavily paywalled, for example "story mode" where you get a plot is patreons only.
-combat is awful over-complicated mess with far too many pointless mechanics which are not explained... Luckily you can easily make a build that lets you win every battle by spamming a single move. Just have to find one of the good moves

-extremely harsh survival mechanics
-you are supposed to treat it as a rougelike and repeatedly restart the game. Which exacerbates the already bad grind

I am giving it a 2/5 entirely based on the review portion and not the fetishes portion.

This is honestly one of the best buttsex games I've played. That being said, if you aren't into butt stuff, this might not be the game for you as vaginas are rare (four-ish sexable NPC vaginas currently, and only one of those is a major NPC).

There's a story mode and an adventure mode. In story mode you follow the Adventures of Hiro in their attempts to be a great adventurer and defeat the Demon King, just like their mother. In adventure mode you play as [player.name] on a quest to defeat the Demon King with no real backstory. The main difference is that Story mode is essentially the canon story that has been written so far, and adventure mode is all of the game encounters with minimal narrative behind them.

There are several starting classes that specialize in different skills and several start of game boosts that can be unlocked by getting certain in-game achievements that usually result in a game over.

A few other things to note:

There is a working fully optional chastity system, and the writers try to mention it during sex scenes if you're wearing a cage.

You can get butt pregnant with monster babies.

There are several technically bad ends (the character gives up on their quest) that work out alright for the character, like marrying a harpy.

The good end is available in adventure mode, as the Demon King has been added to the game.

Decent little game that I've been playing on and off every few updates. The main character can be customised to your liking, i.e. a male or even a dickgirl depending on selections. The graphics are nice and most feature animations too which is great. A little more gaping than I would like but I can get over that.

The story is your classic adventurer, gather followers and defeat a demon queen character and her minions. Oh and on that note Best character hands down is the Futa Dark Knight, I'm not talking Batman I'm talking big fat load up your rear end man! She's cute as well as has a fantastic arse. If Majalis is reading this I'd love for her to have more scenes and be a follower somehow.

In terms of gameplay it's two pathed, you can use force or sex to battle your enemies and can top or bottom as well as you prefer. Character depth there is just enough in the characters background and stories to be somewhat invested in them which helps in terms of immersion.

Overall would recommend.
