No, he's saying that it vas 0.19 version finished. The original game was up to 0.21. Remastered 0.20 is coming soon(?).
Yes, you definitely missunderstood me. It was just the final version of v0.19, not the game as a whole. If I have to guess, we are at around 20-25% of the games story right now. So yeah, there is a lot more to come.
